Who operates this website

FPD.DEV is operated by Colabmo, a registered DBA of Diggy Breiling (“Colabmo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This notice explains how we handle information associated with the FPD.DEV website and related inquiries, consultations, customer accounts, learning services, and business engagements.

Information you provide

We receive information you submit when you contact us, request a quotation, arrange a consultation, use live chat, use a customer account, or participate in a course. Depending on the service, this may include your name, email address, telephone number, company, message, appointment details, account information, and related correspondence.

Customer and engagement records may also include quotations, orders, invoices, delivery details, and materials provided for agreed work. Please provide only information relevant to your request.

Do not submit confidential, proprietary, regulated, export-controlled, classified, or highly sensitive information through a general website form unless we have separately agreed to receive it through an appropriate channel.

How we use information

We use relevant information to respond to requests, arrange consultations, prepare quotations, provide agreed services, administer accounts and learning access, maintain business records, and operate and support the website.

Customer information and external services

We do not sell customer contact lists or confidential project records. We use information you provide to deliver and support the services you request.

Our systems depend on external services, including Odoo for website and customer-management functions and Microsoft 365 for business email and documents. Providers receive information needed for those functions, subject to their terms and the settings in use. Information may also be disclosed when required by applicable law.

Website analytics and embedded services are a separate category. Their providers can receive visitor and device information and, depending on the service, consent and account settings, may use it for their own purposes. We do not promise that every external provider acts only on our behalf. The sections below identify these services and your choices.

AI systems used for work

We use AI systems to assist with our work. We do not use confidential customer project records to train public AI systems. This statement describes our own use; it does not override an external service's data-use terms. Information supplied to an AI tool is governed by the applicable service terms, settings and any agreed customer restrictions. Do not submit sensitive material through general website forms.

Cookies, analytics, and external services

The website uses cookies and related browser storage for features such as sessions, account access, language preferences, and customer interactions. Operating and protecting the website can also involve technical information such as requested pages, browser and device information, and network addresses.

Google Analytics and embedded services

Google Analytics is configured to help us understand website visits and interactions. When permitted to load, Google receives information such as page URLs and technical browser or device information. Its use of information depends on the service and applicable settings; see how Google uses information from sites that use its services and the Google Privacy Policy.

The website also offers live chat and may include video, maps or address services. Their providers may receive information when those features load or you interact with them. The site's cookie banner and third-party blocking setting are enabled. These controls govern supported integrations; they are not a guarantee that no technical information is sent to any external service.

Microsoft Clarity — optional, public pages only

Microsoft Clarity is available only after an informed opt-in, to help us understand navigation and improve layouts through interaction metrics, heatmaps and masked session replays. The tracker is restricted to approved public information and catalog pages. We exclude signed-in sessions, account and portal pages, checkout and payment pages, contact and appointment forms, editor pages, and interactive project tools. Pages containing query parameters or fragments are also excluded. The updated initial banner explicitly names Clarity: choosing Allow all optional cookies there authorizes the disclosed optional services. The preferences table on our Cookie Policy page lets you control Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and other optional website features independently. Essential cookies remain on. Ordinary use of the site and acceptance of an earlier banner do not authorize Clarity.

Strict text masking is selected, and our integration also marks page content for masking before the tracker loads. We do not send customer identifiers through Clarity's identification API. Clarity advertising-cookie permission is denied by our integration; this does not override Microsoft's independent data-use terms. Use Cookie preferences to allow it or withdraw consent. Choosing Only essential cookies in the general banner also withdraws Clarity consent. Your category choices are saved in this browser for up to 90 days. Withdrawal stops further collection through this integration; it does not erase data already received by Microsoft.

Clarity's terms provide that Microsoft acts as an independent controller and may use collected personal data for its own purposes, including Microsoft Advertising and advertising profiles. Microsoft may also use nonpersonal data for product improvement and AI development. These uses are distinct from our handling of customer project records. Data retention
