Existing manufacturer packages retain their recorded net mass; existing package offerings remain available by quotation.
Momentive, Dow and Optica are examples of our current material families. We are not limited to these brands; additional materials and manufacturers are added as we obtain, evaluate and develop them. Custom packaging by FPD.DEV is identified separately from manufacturer packaging.
Enhancements for optically clear platinum-cure silicone systems
These enhancements are for optically clear platinum-cure silicone systems. Small additions can change cure, adhesion and handling. Choose an enhancement for a defined purpose, then verify compatibility and final optical clarity in the complete formulation.
Enhancement packs: 3, 10, 25, 100 and 250 g. Concentrates and custom dilutions are identified by composition and concentration. Material validation is pending; inquiry does not imply released stock or application qualification.
Choose a size to add the enhancement and mass directly to your Interest List.

Enhancement pack size
Adjusts cure activity and helps establish the working and curing window of the selected platinum-cure silicone.
Catalytic additive in a compatible silicone carrier.
Typically diluted into Part A or Part B of your selected optically clear platinum-cure silicone. Carrier, concentration and component placement are determined by testing.
Working time, full cure, optical properties and storage stability are established by testing.

Helps develop bonding between the silicone and suitable prepared surfaces. Selection depends on the substrate and cure process.
Surface-reactive additive in a compatible silicone carrier.
Typically diluted into Part A or Part B of your selected optically clear platinum-cure silicone. Carrier, concentration and component placement are determined by testing.
Evaluate adhesion on the actual substrate, together with clarity, cure and environmental durability.

Enhancement pack size
Adjusts network formation and cured response in a balanced platinum-cure formulation.
Reactive crosslinking additive in a compatible silicone carrier.
Typically diluted into Part A or Part B of your selected optically clear platinum-cure silicone. Carrier, concentration and component placement are determined by testing.
Select the dosage from the reactive-group balance. More additive does not automatically improve cure or hardness.

Enhancement pack size
Intended to extend the working window by moderating cure activity, providing additional time for mixing, dispensing and assembly when compatible with the selected silicone.
Working-time control additive in a compatible silicone carrier.
Typically diluted into Part A or Part B of your selected optically clear platinum-cure silicone. Carrier, concentration and component placement are determined by testing.
Retarder dose and cure schedule must be established together to obtain the intended working time and complete cure. Final optical clarity and storage stability require testing.
View product details →Optical bonding of LCD, OLED and MicroLED displays is a core FPD.DEV expertise. We develop materials and processes around the complete display stack, coatings, bond-line thickness and optical requirements.
FPD.DEV enhancement development extends outside the original manufacturer’s specifications. Manufacturer data apply to the unmodified base material under the stated conditions. Modified formulations have their own identity, mixing instructions and test basis; manufacturer performance claims and approvals do not transfer automatically.
Custom repackaging alone does not change the chemistry. Display compatibility, cure, adhesion, clarity and stability are evaluated for the selected formulation and assembly.
Custom blending
For selected enhancement trials, our typical low-dose development range is 0.02–0.5% by weight of the combined A+B batch. The appropriate dose depends on the tested formulation and blend strength. A diluted blend needs its own dosing instruction; it is not interchangeable with a concentrate. Crosslinker additions also depend on the reactive-group balance.
We can develop diluted enhancements using a compatible A or B component of your exact silicone brand and grade. The blend is labeled with its carrier, enhancement concentration and dosing instructions.
Formulations can be developed by weight or volume. Volume-based dispensing uses measured densities at a defined temperature; the two bases are not assumed to be interchangeable.
Dose example
0.02% → 0.020 g enhancement
0.50% → 0.500 g enhancement
These amounts illustrate addition relative to a 100 g A+B batch before the addition. They are not a universal recipe. The dosing instruction must identify the supplied concentrate or dilution and its active concentration.
We can develop a custom system targeting your established off-ratio behavior while allowing a 1:1 mix by a defined mass or volume basis. This requires a balanced formulation and comparison of cure, adhesion, optical performance and storage stability.
Characterize the complete system
Viscosity, dispensing, working time, set time and full cure under your actual temperature, batch size and bond-line conditions.
Adhesion to the actual surfaces, hardness or gel response, rework, transmission, haze, color and bubbles at a defined cured thickness.
Storage of the separate components, packaging compatibility and retention of performance after application-specific aging.
Performance applies to the tested formulation, substrates and conditions. The silicone selector provides preliminary guidance and does not replace application testing.

They describe the functional additive and compatible silicone carrier used in development. They are not an exact chemical formula or a fixed composition. The actual carrier, concentration and placement in Part A or Part B are established by testing and identified in the supplied formulation documentation.
