The V71 family combines a floating-point Cortex-M7 core with communication and timing peripherals. Confirm Ethernet, CAN FD, USB, external-memory and pin-multiplexing needs against the exact device.

SAMV71Q21RT is a distinct product. Its radiation characteristics and screening do not apply to ordinary SAM V71 devices. Device selection does not qualify the complete system.
Microchip is a U.S.-headquartered supplier. Manufacturing origin, screening and traceability depend on the exact ordering code and supply chain.
We prefer U.S. and other suitable non-China sourcing when quality, performance and availability fit the application. Tell us if origin or traceability is a firm requirement.
