Kit sheet specifies two 620 ×4 ×2 mm strips with 99 LEDs per strip and a two-strip driver. Trim only at designated three-LED increments. Input is inconsistent within the sheet: 10–30 V in the specification and 9–30 V in the pin legend. Confirm the current driver rating and matched strip loading.

Application development required. Final configuration is established through a reviewed drawing and specification.

Application and configuration

Use this rail or kit reference when developing, enhancing or repairing an LCD backlight. Mechanical size alone does not establish compatibility: emitting height, light-guide coupling, driver loading and thermal contact must also match.

Define the rail assembly

Develop a drawing covering length, width, height, mounting features, LED pitch and orientation, emitting-center height, connector and pinout, harness, polarity and thermal interface. Specify LED/color bins, string topology, regulated drive current, dimming range and operating temperature. Rails are tracked by lot.

Retrofit review

Provide the LCD model and revision, original rail or lamp information, available cavity dimensions, light-guide edge geometry and driver information. Sample inspection may be needed to establish fit. No specific LCD compatibility has been verified for this reference.

From reference to a controlled part

Start with the application and available space. Develop a drawing with custom dimensions and performance specifications, review the proposed configuration, and evaluate samples where needed.
